Chris.
No one enjoys sleeplessness. It means although we want to sleep
we cannot. That is a very difficult thing to suffer. Usually, although I sleep
lightly, I also sleep easily and quickly. I regard this pattern as a Blessing
from God. When I hear of sleepless people I am moved with compassion for them
because it is so difficult to live like that.
