PRAY: For oneness to be manifest in our Churches.

Ephesians 4:8.

a)  Therefore it says:

b)  "When He ascended 

c)  "On high He captured captives;

d)  "He gave gifts to men."

(Through this Second one I know that He Gave Gifts To Men)

PRAY: To receive the Gifts that God has for us.

It is clearly an important priority for our Churches to have oneness. Pray for it; live it out; make it a priority! Let us treasure oneness in our Churches.

A Lust For Power!

'A Lust For Power.'

Acts 8:19.

a)  Saying, "Give me also this power,

b)  "That whoever I lay my hands on

c)  "May receive the Holy Spirit."

(This QT reveals A Lust For Power)

PRAY: Not to have A Lust For Power.

'Everyone Was Going To Him.'

John 3:26. 

a)  So John's Disciples came to him and said,

b)  "Look, 

c)  "Rabbi, the One Who was with you beyond the Jordan,

d)  "The One you testified about -

e)  "He is Baptising, and everyone is going to Him."

(Through this Second one I can see that Everyone Was Going To Him)

PRAY: For Faith to come to Jesus.

We need to reject Lust For Power. If people are living with Lust For Power they will surely hurt and even destroy other people! It IS possible for people to live without Lust For Power. We need to live with a desire to Bless other people and repent of any jealous attitudes. It is good for us to go on living without A Lust For Power.

Aaron's Sons Knew What To Do!

 'Aaron's Sons Knew What To Do.'

Leviticus 3:5.

a)  Aaron's sons shall burn it on the altar upon the burnt sacrifice,

b)  Which is upon the wood which is upon the fire:

c)  It is an offering made by fire,

d)  Of a pleasing aroma to the Lord.

(This QT teaches me that Aaron's Sons Knew What To Do)

PRAY: That we will know what to do.

'God Is So Good.'

Isaiah 12:2.

a)  Behold, God is my Salvation;

b)  I will trust,

c)  And not be afraid:

d)  For the Lord Jehovah is my strength and song;

e)  He also is become my Salvation.

(Through this Second one I proclaim that God Is So Good)

PRAY: Giving thanks to God Who Is So Good.

It is good for us to continually proclaim that God is so good. We need to do this genuinely and frequently. Trust God and do not be afraid!

One Body, One Spirit And One Hope!

'One Body, One Spirit And One Hope!

Ephesians 4:4. 

a)  There is one Body.

b)  There is one Spirit.

c)  There is one Hope.

(This QT reveals to me that for every True Believer there is One Body, One Spirit And One Hope)

PRAY: To understand the meaning of One Body, One Spirit And One Hope.

(This Second one explains the simple foundation of Christian Life - Simple Faith)

PRAY: To have Simple Faith.

There is a "uniting Faith" here!  We can investigate this simple Truth in our personal Bible Studies. One Lord is surely our Lord Jesus Christ. One Faith is our united Faith in Him. One Baptism is the Baptism in water that is enjoined upon every True Believer. The pathway of Simple Faith should be taught in all of our Churches.

b)  That through the laying on of the Apostles' hands

c)  The Holy Spirit was given,

d)  He offered them money,

PRAY: Not to be like Greedy Simon.

'The Laying On Of Hands.'

a)  Acts 8:18. Through the Laying on of hands the Holy Spirit was given.

b)  1 Timothy 4:13. The laying on of hands of the presbytery.

c)  Leviticus 16:20. Aaron laid both his hands on the head of the live goat. 

d)  Mark 16:18. Lay hands on the sick and they shall recover.

(This Second One reveals The Laying On Of Hands in the Bible)

PRAY: For the careful use of The Laying On Of Hands in our Churches.

We must not be greedy like Simon! Greed will put our lives into an unholy mess. We must avoid greed. We can pray and repent of greed if we are Biblical Believers. When the Church allows greed to be a part of its life, that Church will surely fail. We should pray for a life free from greed, looking to the Lord Jesus Christ as our example. 

Make It Acceptable To The Lord!

Leviticus 3:4. 

a)  The two kidneys,

b)  And the fat that is on them at the loins,

c)  And the lobe on the liver

d)  Which should be removed with the kidneys.

PRAY: To Make It Acceptable To The Lord.

'The Message From The Wilderness.'

Luke 3:4. 

a)  As it is written in the Book of the Words of the Prophet Isaiah:

b)  A voice of One crying out in the wilderness:

c)  "Prepare a way for the Lord;

d)  Make His paths  straight."

(This Second one makes me want to heed The Message From The Wilderness)

PRAY: To be attentive to The Message From The Wilderness.

We should always take heed to The Word Of God and the many Messages it contains! Here we are called to prepare a way for the Lord. We can ask Him, in every case, how we are to do that. If we find ourselves in a wilderness, we should ask the Lord what we should do!

Living Worthy Of The Lord!

3-With longsuffering,

4-forbearing one another in love,

f)  Ephesians 4:3. Endeavouring to keep the Unity of the Spirit in the bond of Peace.

s)  Proverbs 16:22. Understanding is a wellspring of life to the person who has it.

y)  Daniel 1:17. Daniel had understanding in visions and dreams.

z)  Daniel 4:34. Nebuchadnezzar's understadning returned to him.

Pray for Understanding! It is a wellspring of life. If we have Understanding it can bring many benefits to our lives. It is possible for every True Believer to have Understanding. It is very wonderful to have Understanding accompanied with the Fear of the Lord. If we have Understanding we can live in Peace with the Fear of the Lord.

They Received The Holy Spirit!

Acts 8:17.

a)  Then Peter And John

b)  Laid their hands on these Believers,

c)  And they received the Holy Spirit.

(This QT teaches me that They Received The Holy Spirit)

PRAY: To receive and impart to others The Holy Spirit.

(Through this Second one I see A Mistaken Concept)

Being able to impart the Holy Spirit to others is a very lovely and special gift! This is impartation, not manipulation! Pray for the people that you know who can impart the Holy Spirit to others through the Ministry of Laying on of Hands.
