Hebrews
7:20-22.
a) Hebrews 7:20. God made a Promise when this
Priest was appointed.
b) Hebrews 7:20. God did not make a Promise like
this when other priests were appointed.
c) Hebrews 7:21. This is the Promise God made
when Jesus was appointed to His unique Priesthood:- I the Lord Promise that You
will be a Priest forever. I will never change My Mind.
d) Hebrews 7:22. Accordingly Jesus has also
become the Guarantee of a better Covenant.

‘Summoned
And Given Authority.’
Matthew
10:1.
a) Jesus summoned His twelve Disciples.
b) He gave them Authority over unclean spirits.
c) They were to:-
1- Cast out evil spirits.
2- Cure every disease.
3- Cure every sickness.

When Jesus was appointed to His
unique Priesthood He also received the Promise of the Father. When God calls us
not only does He equip us to do His Will but He also gives us Promises that go
along with our calling.
