‘Levi Paid Tithes.’
Hebrews 7:9-10.
a)
Levi himself received
tithes.
b) Yet he paid tithes through Abraham.
c)
Levi was still in the
loins of his ancestor Abraham.
d) When Melchizedek met him.
(This QT reminds me that Levi Paid Tithes, this means that I
need to understand and not simply be legalistic about God’s Law)

‘Do Not Fear.’
Isaiah 43:1-3.
a)
Isaiah 43:1. This is the
Word of the Lord, our Creator.
b) Isaiah 43:1. He has formed us.
c)
Isaiah 43:1. He tells us
to fear not because:-
1- He has Redeemed us.
2- He has Called us by name.
3- We are His.
d) Isaiah 43:2. When we pass through the waters
He will be with us.
e)
Isaiah 43:2. When we pass
through the rivers, they will not overwhelm us.
f)
Isaiah 43:2. When we walk
through the fire, we shall not be burned, and the flame shall not consume us.
g) Isaiah 43:3. He is:-
1- The Lord our God.
2- The Holy One of Israel.
3- Our Saviour.

Do not fear! The Word of God
calls out this Message to His People many times in both the Old and the New Testaments.
If we fear it is very difficult for us to love, the Word of God tells us so.
Fear is something which, if we suffer from we can bring to God in Prayer and
ask Him to help us.
