Isaiah 53:5.
a) Jesus was wounded because of our sins.
b) Jesus was beaten because of the evil which we
did.
c) Jesus took the punishment by which we have
Peace.
d) Jesus received wounds that we might be made
well.

John 15:11.
a) Jesus said these things to His Disciples.
b) He wanted His Joy to be in them.
c) Then their Joy would be complete.

It is always
correct to thank the Lord! Sometimes, when we are overwhelmed by difficult
situations it is easy to forget or neglect thanking the Lord. As we read the
Scriptures we find that many times we can simply say thank you to Jesus.
