The Author Of Eternal Salvation!

‘The Author Of Eternal Salvation.’
Hebrews 5:7-10.
a)    Hebrews 5:7. Jesus in the days of His flesh:-
1-   Offered up to God Prayers and Supplications.
2-   With strong cries and tears.
3-   To God Who was able to save Him from death.
b)    Hebrews 5:7. He truly Worshipped God and God listened to His Prayers.
c)    Hebrews 5:8. Jesus is and was God’s Own Son yet He learned obedience by the things which He suffered.
d)    Hebrews 5:9. Being perfected, He became the Author of Eternal Salvation to all those people who obey Him.
e)    Hebrews 5:10. This is because God called Him to be a High Priest after the order of Melchizedek.
(Through this QT I believe that Jesus Christ is The Author Of Eternal Salvation)

‘Get The Message From The Lord.’

a)    Numbers 23:15. Balaam wanted to be alone with the Lord in order to get the Message from Him.
b)    Numbers 23:16. The Lord gave the Message to Balaam and told him to go and give it to Balak.
c)    Numbers 23:17. Balak immediately, when he saw Balaam, wanted to hear the Message from the Lord. He expected the Lord’s Favour.
d)    Numbers 23:18. Balaam called Balak to pay close attention to the Word from the Lord.
e)    Numbers 23:19. God:-
1-   Is no mere human.
2-   Does not tell lies.
3-   Does not change His mind.
4-   Always keeps His Promises.
5-   Does not need ever to repent.
f)     Numbers 23:20. God commanded Balaam to Bless the Jewish people. (Balak’s enemies)
g)    Numbers 23:20. There was nothing Balaam could do to change God’s mind. He could not reverse God’s Will.
(Through this Second one I can see how important it is to Get The Message From The Lord)

Chris.
God is no mere human. God is God. Whatever God says stands. Sometimes we are so Blessed by what God says, there are other times when it is not easy for us to take what God says. Whatever God has to say, let us receive it by Faith because God is God.
