Conduct Ourselves Well In God's House!



‘Conduct Ourselves Well In God’s House.’
1 Timothy 3:15.
a)    This was important so Apostle Paul wanted the Teaching to arrive before he did.
b)    We need to know how to conduct ourselves well in the Household of God.
c)    The Household of God is the Church of the Living God.
d)    The Church is the pillar and base of the Truth.
(Through this QT I know that I am to Conduct Myself Well In God’s House)

‘Be Persistent.’
Luke 11:8.
a)    These are the Words of Jesus.
b)    Sometimes we treat our friends differently.
c)    This friend was different. He was persistent and shameless.
d)    So in the middle of the night his friend got up from his bed and gave him everything he needed. (Even though it meant disturbing his family)
(Through this Second in know that we rarely, but sometimes, need to be Persistent)

We need to know how to conduct ourselves well in the House of God. Personally I think that reverence for God’s House is very important. The episodes we read of in the New Testament about life in the Synagogue cannot be compared with God’s Desire for His Church. To have Fellowship is Biblical but to gossip and be unnecessarily noisy before or after any Worship Service is not good.
