‘Sent By The
Lord.’
John 20:21-23.
a)
John 20:21. Jesus spoke
Peace to His Disciples. He had already been through Resurrection.
b)
John 20:21. He reminded
that that He had been sent by the Father.
c)
John 20:21. Now He was
sending His Disciples.
d)
John 20:22. After saying
this He breathed on the Disciples and told them to receive the Holy Spirit.
e)
John 20:23. Here is a specific
part of Life and Ministry in the Holy Spirit:-
1-
Whoever’s sins you forgive.
2-
Will be forgiven.
3-
Whoever’s sins you retain.
4-
Will be retained.

Open Our Eyes.’
2 Kings 6:17.
a)
Our eyes are opened in
answer to Prayer. (Our Prayer or somebody else’s Prayer)
b)
When our eyes are opened
we can see in the way that the Lord wants us to see.
c)
When the Lord opens our
eyes, without doubt we see.
d)
We see the Lord’s Divine
Hand with us in our present situation.

Someone else’s
Prayer for us sometimes helps us. This can be especially so if we are sharing
something about our life with them and they then respond with a Prayer. Prayer
in this kind of situation should never be dominating. The person who is Praying
for us should listen to us first and then Pray for us. Prayers that come from a
person who does not listen and just Prays what they think they should Pray are
often damaging for us spiritually and relationally. Prayer was and is never
meant to be something that dominates our will, spirit or life.
