‘Aim Not To Stumble.’
James 3:2.
a)
We all stumble and make
mistakes in many ways.
b)
If anyone does not
stumble in what they say, they are a perfect person.
c)
This person is able to
bridle the whole body as well.
(This QT urges me to Aim Not To Stumble)
‘Keep Trusting The Lord.’
Genesis 32:12.
a)
Jacob was having a
fearful time because of his brother Esau.
b)
Jacob turned and Prayed
to God, reminding Him of His Promises.
c)
God had Promised Jacob:-
1-
He will prosper him.
2-
He will do him good.
3-
He will make his descendants as numerous as the sand of the sea.
4-
Too great to be numbered.
(This Second
one calls me to Keep Trusting The Lord)
Chris.
If anyone does not stumble
in what they say they are a perfect person. The word used here for perfect may
also be interpreted as ‘complete’ or as a person ‘of integrity’ and ‘mature’.
It seems to be possible for us to be able to not stumble in what we say if we
have the Bible shaped personality.
