Christ The Faithful Head Of God's House!



‘Christ The Faithful Head Of God’s House.’
Hebrews 3:1-6.
a)            Hebrews 3:1. We are Holy partners in a Heavenly Calling.
b)            Hebrews 3:1. We are to consider the Apostle and High Priest of our confession, Christ Jesus.
c)             Hebrews 3:2. Christ Jesus was Faithful to the One Who appointed Him just as Moses was Faithful in all God’s House.
d)             Hebrews 3:3. Jesus Christ is worthy of more Glory than Moses.
e)              Hebrews 3:3. The Builder of the House has more Honour than the House itself.
f)               Hebrews 3:4. Every house is built by someone but the Builder of all things is God.
g)            Hebrews 3:5. Moses was Faithful in all God’s House as a Servant, to testify to the things that would be spoken later.
h)           Hebrews 3:6. Christ was Faithful over God’s House as a Son.
i)                Hebrews 3:6. We are God’s House if we hold fast the confidence and the rejoicing of the Hope firm unto the end.

‘Is Anything Too Hard For The Lord?’
Genesis 18:14.
a)            This was the question of the Angel of the Lord. (Some people hold that the Angel of the Lord in the Old Testament was a manifestation of God’s Son Jesus Christ)
b)            At the set time appointed the Angel would return.
c)             Sarah would have a son in her old age.

Jesus Christ has been manifest right since the days of the original Creation. He has always been in existence but He was manifest then. The Bible tells us that He is the same yesterday, today and forever. He is the never changing one. When we are called to put our trust in Jesus we should do so. He is the Revelation of the Love of God.
