‘A Sabbath Rest.’
Hebrews 4:8-9.
a) Joshua spoke about a
Sabbath rest but he never gave the people of God a rest.
b) He was speaking of
another future day.
c) There still remains.
d) A Sabbath rest for the
People of God.
(Through this QT I thank God for A Sabbath Rest)
‘Keep Going.’
a) Philippians 1:30. Even
though it is a difficult struggle sometimes.
b) John 16:33. Have Peace in
the Lord and take your heart.
c) Romans 8:35-37. Nothing
can separate us from the Love of God.
d) 1 Corinthians 4:11-13. We
keep going even when evil things are said about us.
e) Ephesians 6:11-15. We put
on the Armour that God has provided for us.
f) 1 Thessalonians 214. Even
when we suffer from our own people.
g) 1 Thessalonians 3:2-4. We
need encouragement at times of trouble.
h) 1 Timothy 2:12. If we
endure hardship we will reign with Him.
i) Hebrews 10:32-33. The
Hebrew Believers remained Faithful, even though it meant terrible suffering.
j) Revelation 12:11. We
defeat the accuser by:-
1- The Blood of the Lamb.
2- The Testimony that the Lord has given to us.
3- Not loving our lives so much as we are afraid to die.

Even until today there still remains a Sabbath rest for the
People of God. Rest for most True Believers is a word that we think about but
we do not put into practice because we always can think of work or ministry to
do. Sometimes God puts us in situations where we simply have to take a rest. We
need to be positive about such times and not fret.
