‘We Have A Wonderful Inheritance.’
1 Peter 1:3-5.
a) 1 Peter 1:3. Blessed be the God and Father of
our Lord Jesus Christ.
b) 1 Peter 1:3. God has given to us:-
1- Great Mercy.
2- New birth.
3- A living Hope
through the Resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead.
c) 1 Peter 1:4. God has given to us an
inheritance that is:-
1- Imperishable.
2- Undefiled.
3- Unfading.
4- Reserved in Heaven
for us.
d) 1 Peter 1:5. By the Power of God we are
guarded through Faith for a Salvation ready to be revealed at the last time.

We have a wonderful
inheritance! This is a good concept for every True Believer to have. We should
be balanced in our spiritual life. If we only concentrate on God’s Grace in the
past we will be empty and miserable. If we concentrate only on the present time
then life we lose our focus. We need a balanced concept past, present and
future.
