Hebrews 11:1-2.

Faith is the assurance of
and confidence in what we hope for.

Faith is assurance and
conviction about what we do not see yet.

The Elders and Ancients in
the Bible were commended for their Faith.

2 Corinthians 4:18. We fix
our eyes, not on what is seen, but on what is not seen, what is seen is
temporary, what is unseen is Eternal.

‘Hardship.’
a)
Isaiah 30:6. Sometimes
Nations suffer hardship.
b)
Genesis 31:42. God sees our
hardship.
c)
Deuteronomy 15:18. We should
not consider it a hardship to set our servants free.
d)
Nehemiah 9:32. We can Pray
to God about our hardship.
e)
Lamentations 3:5; Hebrews
12:7. Sometimes God allows us to go through hardship.
f)
Romans 8:35. Hardship cannot
separate us from the Love of Christ.
g)
1 Corinthians 13:3. Enduring
hardship but not having Love is nothing. (We should be able to maintain our
love for God and other people during our times of hardship)
h)
1 Thessalonians 2:9; 2
Timothy 1:8; 2:3. Apostle Paul and his team suffered hardship.

2 Timothy 4:5. Ministers of
God should expect to have to endure hardship sometimes.

Faith is assurance
and conviction about what we do not see yet. All True Believers have Faith and
the Bible tells us that Faith comes to us as we receive the Word of God. This
means that, not only do we have Faith but also that we can have more Faith.
