Men of bloodshed need to depart if they do not want to forsake
their bloodshed. There are some people who grievously hurt other people in some
way physically or emotionally. If these people are not repentant they need to
depart. It is not for other people to leave them, they themselves, the
injurers, must go. Men of bloodshed need to depart.
