‘There Will be Shaking.’
Hebrews 12:26-29.
a)
Hebrews 12:26. When God spoke the first time
His Voice shook only the Earth.
b)
Hebrews 12:26. God has Promised once again to
shake the Earth and the Heavens also.
c)
Hebrews 12:27. This means that everything that
can be destroyed will be destroyed. Only that which cannot be shaken will last.
d)
Hebrews 12:28. We should:-
1-
Be thankful and grateful that
we have been given a Kingdom that cannot be shaken.
2-
Romans 12:1-2. Because we are
thankful, Worship God in a way which is pleasing to Him.
3-
Worship Him with:-
A-
Honour.
B-
Respect.
C-
Fear.

Hebrews 12:29. Our God is like a consuming
Fire.

‘For Some People Following
Jesus Is A Radical Change.’
Luke 18:22.
a)
Jesus was responding to the words of the young
Jewish Leader.
b)
There was one thing that this young Leader
still needed to do.
c)
He was to go and sell everything that he
owned.
d)
He was to give money to the poor people.
e)
Then he would have riches in Heaven.
f)
Then he would be ready to follow Jesus.
(This Second one teaches me that For Some People Following Jesus
Is A Radical Change)

We should respond appropriately to God every time. If we are not
sure how to respond to the Word of God then we need to turn to the Word of God
and search the Scriptures. Surely God will show us from His Word how to respond
to Him. There are two different responses in what is written above and in the
Bible there are many, many more.
