Then The Lord Will Arise!


‘Then The Lord Will Arise.’
Isaiah 33:7-10.
a)     Isaiah 33:7. Heroes are crying out in the street and messengers of peace weep bitterly.
b)      Isaiah 33:8. The highways lay waste and the traveller ceases.
c)      Isaiah 33:8. Covenants are rejected.
d)     Isaiah 33:8. Cities are despised.
e)      Isaiah 33:8. There is no regard for men.
f)       Isaiah 33:9. The Land:-
1-      Mourns.
2-      Languishes.
3-      Is confounded.
4-      Withers away.
5-      Is like a desert.
6-      Shakes off its leaves.
g)      Isaiah 33:10. Then the Lord will:-
1-      Arise.
2-      Lift Himself up.
3-      Be exalted.

‘A Good Way For A King.’
Esther 1:13.
a)     He spoke to wise people.
b)      People who knew and were acquainted with current times and situations.
c)      The King habitually did this.
(This Second one reveals to me A Good Way For A King)

The King spoke to wise people. This is always the best way. Whatever the title of our National Leader is, that Leader needs to be communicating with wise people. Wise people will make a wise King make wise decisions. The Bible exhorts True Believers to pray for their National Governments.
