God has His Time
and Way of dealing with situations that are difficult and painful for us. It
is, of course, quite possible for God to stop these things instantly. (How nice
that would be!) Usually God takes His Perfect Time and Way so that even in
those difficult and painful times something positive is happening in our hearts
and lives.
