Only Sinners Need Be Afraid!


‘Only Sinners Need Be Afraid.’
Isaiah 33:13-14.
a)     The people who are far away should hear what God has done.
b)      The people who are nearby know His Might.
c)      Sinners are afraid in Zion. (The place of Worship)
d)     Trembling has seized the godless people.
e)      They ask – Who of us can live with devouring fire?
f)       They ask – Who of us can live with everlasting consuming hearths.

‘Being Led By The Word Of God.’
Psalm 119:97-104.
a)     Psalm 119:97. When we love God’s Word, we meditate on it all the time.
b)      Psalm 119:98. The Commands of the Lord make us wiser than our enemies.
c)      Psalm 119:99. When we meditate on the Lord’s Testimonies we will have great insight.
d)     Psalm 119:100. When we keep God’s Precepts we understand more than merely religious elders.
e)      Psalm 119:101. In order to heed God’s Word we restrain our feet from every evil way.
f)       Psalm 119:102. When God Teaches us we do not turn aside from His Ordinances.
g)      Psalm 119:103. God’s Words are smooth to our palate, more so than honey in our mouths.
h)     Psalm 119:104. From God’s Precepts we get understanding, therefore we hate every false way.
(Through this Second one I want to be Being Led By The Word Of God)

Keeping God’s Precepts is surely an important part of the life of a True Believer. A Precept is a commandment, instruction, or order intended as an authoritative rule of action. They prescribe a particular course of action or conduct. Indonesia’s Pancasila foundation means Five Precepts!
