‘Gather All The People.’
Deuteronomy 31:12-13.
a) Moses heeded God’s Call when he called all of
God’s People (including the children) together.
b) Even Resident Foreigners and strangers were to
join the gathering.
c) They were to:-
1. Hear.
2. Learn.
3. Fear the
Lord God.
4. Carefully
obey everything that they heard.
d) Then the children also will hear and learn to
fear the Lord God.
e) This was how God’s People were to live on the
other side of the Jordan.

Hebrews 11:11.
a) Through her Faith Sarah received Strength to
conceive a child.
b) Through her Faith she was delivered of a child
when she was past age.
c) She judged God Who Promised her this child
both Faithful and Trustworthy.

Sometimes
our Churches are too inward looking and member centred instead of being Christ
centred. When the Church is truly Christ centred then all people of whatever
race, religion or social status are welcome. (It is important that they can
speak the same language as the other people or partake of an interpretation
facilitated for them) Yes, all people should be welcome to come to God’s House.
