Sometimes we face a dilemma
when our Church or Mission needs a New Leader. Whoever the New Leader is to be
it is always necessary to adjust to that New Leader’s life and Ministry. It is
even more difficult if the former Leader left for a bad reason because people’s
trust is broken and they can become cynical of the New Leader. Prayer for the
Leadership of the Church or Mission is always very important.
