1 Thessalonians 5:16-22.
a) 1 Thessalonians 5:16. Rejoice always.
b) 1 Thessalonians 5:17. Pray continually.
c) 1 Thessalonians 5:18. Give thanks in
everything. This is the Will of God for us in Christ Jesus.
d) 1 Thessalonians 5:19. Do not quench the Holy
Spirit.
e) 1 Thessalonians 5:20. Do not despise
prophecies.
f) 1 Thessalonians 5:21. Examine all things and
hold fast to that which is good.
g) 1 Thessalonians 5:22. Abstain from every form
of evil.

‘A Prayerful Attitude.’
1 Timothy 2:1-4.
a) 1 Timothy 2:1. We should be praying for all
people. (As the Lord leads us)
b) 1 Timothy 2:2; Jeremiah 29:7. We should be
praying for National Leaders at every level. If we do this we can live a life
that is:-
1- Tranquil.
2- Quiet.
3- Godly.
4- Dignified.
c) 1 Timothy 2:3. This is good and acceptable
before God our Saviour.
d) 1 Timothy 2:4. God wants all people to be
Saved and come to a knowledge of the Truth.

Rejoice always!
Even when we have been through hard times in one way or another, God wants to
bring us back to a rejoicing heart. To rejoice is so helpful for us in many
ways, physically, emotionally and spiritually. God enables us to rejoice again
and again. The joy of the Lord is our strength. When we need to grieve that is
basic and right but after the grieving time God wants us to rejoice again.
