‘Holy Men Of God.’
1 Thessalonians 4:3-8.
a) 1 Thessalonians 4:3. The Will of God for True
Believer Brothers is our Sanctification.
b) 1 Thessalonians 4:3. True Believer Brothers
are to abstain from sexual immorality.
c) 1 Thessalonians 4:4. Every True Believer
Brother needs to know how to control his own body in Holiness and honour.
d) 1 Thessalonians 4:5. True Believer Brothers
should not live in the passion of lust like some unbelievers do.
e) 1 Thessalonians 4:6. No True Believer Brother
should commit adultery with the wife of another True Believer. Be warned, God
will revenge this Brother.
f) 1 Thessalonians 4:7. God has not called us for
impurity but in holiness.
g) 1 Thessalonians 4:8. If we disregard this
passage of Scripture we are also disregarding God Who has given us the Holy
Spirit.
(This QT reminds me
that God calls me to be a Holy Man Of God, and the same applies to every True
Believer Brother)
‘Embrace Wisdom.’
Proverbs 4:7-8.
a) The beginning of Wisdom is to get Wisdom.
b) Get insight too.
c) Prize Wisdom highly and then Wisdom will exalt
us.
d) Wisdom will Honour us if we embrace her.

Sanctification is, and always should
be, an important part of our life as a True Believer. The Call to Holiness is
from the beginning to the end of God’s Holy Bible. We are told that we are
Sanctified by the Blood of Jesus Christ. We are told that we are Sanctified by
the Word of God. We are told that we are Sanctified by the Holy Spirit and we
are also told to Sanctify ourselves.
