Romans 8:14-18.
a)
Romans 8:14.
Because we are God’s Children He will lead us by His Spirit.
b) Romans 8:15. We have not received a spirit of
slavery to fall back into fear.

Romans 8:15.
We have received the Spirit of Adoption by Whom we cry out Abba Father.
d) Romans 8:16. The Holy Spirit Himself testifies
together with our spirit that we are God’s Children.

Romans 8:17.
If we are God’s Children it means that we are also heirs. We are heirs of God
and co-heirs with Christ.
f)
Romans 8:17.
We suffer with Christ so also we may be Glorified with Christ.
g) Romans 8:18. The sufferings of this present
time are not worthy to be compared with the Glory that is going to be revealed in

Galatians 5:16-26.
a)
Galatians
5:16. If we walk by the Holy Spirit we will not carry out the desire of the
flesh.
b) Galatians 5:17. The flesh desires what is
against the Holy Spirit and the Holy Spirit desires what is against the flesh.

Galatians
5:17. The flesh and the Holy Spirit are opposed to each other so it is
impossible to consistently live as we really want to live unless we walk by the
Holy Spirit.
d) Galatians 5:18. If we are led by the Holy
Spirit then we are not under the Law.

Galatians
5:19-21. The works of the flesh are obvious and and they prevent us from
inheriting the Kingdom of God. These are the works of the flesh:-

Sexual immorality.

Moral impurity.
3-
Promiscuity.
4-
Idolatry.
5-
Sorcery.
6-
Hatred.
7-
Strife.
8-
Jealousy.
9-
Outbursts of anger.
10- Selfish ambitions.
11- Dissensions.
12- Factions.
13- Envy.
14- Drunkenness.
15- Carousing.

Galatians
5:22-23. The Fruit of the Holy Spirit has no law against it and is:-

Love.

Joy.

Peace.

Patience.

Kindness.

Goodness.

Faith.

Gentleness.

Self Control.
g) Galatians 5:24. Those people who belong to
Christ Jesus have Crucified the flesh with its passions and desires.
h) Galatians 5:25. Since we live by the Holy
Spirit we must also follow the Holy Spirit.

Galatians
5:26. We must not become conceited, provoking one another, envying one another.

Envy
will prevent us from entering and enjoying the Kingdom of God. This is why we
need to deal with envy in our lives. Envy breaks marriages, envy breaks
Churches, envy breaks simple relationships. We need to face the Truths of God’s
Word with Faith and be led by the Holy Spirit into a new and Blessed way of
living.
