Timothy was a team
member, he was a brother and God’s co-worker. This was a very blessed and
lovely fact written by Apostle Paul. Timothy was going to Thessalonica to help,
serve and Bless the Church. It was not his “position of authority” that gave
him weight because he had no such position, he was simply a team member
submitted to the team leader, the whole team being submitted to the Holy
Spirit. We need the Wisdom of God when dealing with that word “authority”.
Firstly, as True Believers, our authority is in God’s Word.
