1 Thessalonians 5:14-15.
a)
They are urged and exhorted to do this.
b)
Warn those people who are disorderly.
c)
Encourage the faint hearted people.
d)
Comfort the discouraged people.
e)
Help the weak people.
f)
Be patient toward all people.
g)
See that no one returns evil for evil to
anyone.
h)
Always follow after that which is good towards
all people.

Church Leaders have a responsibility to help
the people that are weak and frail in any way. It is not a sin to be weak and
frail. For all of us there are different seasons in our lives and as True
Believers we need to accept that fact. Church Leaders that only want to “use”
strong and well people are actually sinning against the very Body of Christ
that they serve, as are Church Leaders who despise weak and frail people, or
who gossip about them.
