He tells us what He requires of us.

He tells us to:-

Act justly.

Love
Faithfulness.

Walk humbly with
our God.

‘The Purpose Of God’s Law.’
a)
Galatians 3:19. To restrain the transgression
of human beings through clearly revealing God’s Holy Standard.
b)
Galatians 3:19. God had to give us His
Standard otherwise human beings would all destroy themselves before the Messiah
came.
c)
Romans 7:5-8. To show us clearly our need of
Jesus Christ.
d)
Matthew 5:17. Jesus Christ came to fulfil God’s
Law.

The Lord has told us to love Faithfulness. Our first commitment to Faithfulness must be
to the Triune God: Father, Son – Jesus Christ our Lord and the Holy Spirit.
Secondly, we should be committed in Faithfulness to our family, especially the
family with whom we abide. Thirdly, we should be committed in Faithfulness to
the Brothers and Sisters with whom we fellowship on a regular basis, whether it
is a big Church or a small group.
