‘Temptation.’
a) Matthew 6:13; 26:41. We can pray that we will not be led into it.
b) Matthew 13:22. The temptation to be wealthy
can stop us growing spiritually.
c) 1 Corinthians 10:13; 2 Peter 2:9. God will
make a way of escape out of it.
d) James 1:12. Blessed is the person who endures
it.

Ephesians 2:7.
a) This is for all future in time and all ages to
come.
b) God is going to show us the riches of His
Grace that are exceeding and overwhelming.
c) In Christ Jesus.

We are sometimes having great difficulty in helping ourselves.
One of the issues is temptation. It is normal to be tempted but the Bible is
very clear in telling us God leads us out of temptation. Let us not make
excuses for temptation (which is easy for us to do) and claim God’s way out for
us.
