(Through this QT I echo the
Words of Jesus and It Should Not Be A Surprise)
‘Elderly Leaders Need To Keep

what he was doing. He trusted Adonijah who was a very handsome man.

men, and they decided to try to help Adonijah become king in David’s place.
(This Second one reminds me that Elderly Leaders Need
To Keep In Touch with what is going on)
Chris.
Adonijah was very proud. Pride is always an enemy of
the True Believer and can cause us to be defeated if we do not walk in
humility. It is obvious that, as we get older we should be producing more of
the Holy Spirit’s fruit in our lives. It is easy for older spiritual Leaders to
get out of touch if they do not maintain a good personal walk with the Lord
both publicly and privately. We learn some more here about King David!
