Ready To Do His Will!


‘Ready To Do His Will.’
Hebrews 13:20-21.
a)     Now.
b)     Romans 15:33. May the God of Peace.
c)     Who brought again from the dead our Lord Jesus.
d)    The Great Shepherd of the sheep.
e)     Isaiah 54:10. By the Blood of the Eternal Covenant.
f)      Equip us with every good thing.
g)     That we may do His Will.
h)    Philippians 2:13. Working in us that which is pleasing in His Sight.
i)      He does this through Jesus Christ.
j)      To Whom be Glory for ever and ever. Amen.

‘Jesus Knew That His Disciples Were Tired And Hungry.’
Mark 6:31.
a)     Jesus was speaking to His Disciples.
b)     He invited them to come apart to a quiet and desolate place.
c)     They really needed a rest.
d)    Many people had been coming and going.
e)     The Disciples had no time even to eat.
(This Second one shows me that Jesus knows us very well: Jesus Knew That His Disciples Were Tired And Hungry)

Through Jesus Christ, God does in us that which is pleasing in His Sight. There is a big lesson for us here. We do not prioritise what is pleasing in our sight - we prioritise what is pleasing in God’s Sight. As we do this we can be certain of two things. Firstly, we will bring Glory to God and secondly, we will be Blessed.
