Isaiah 16:7. The place was famous for raisin
cakes and the Moabites wept for them when they could not go there and eat them.
b)
Isaiah 16:11. Its fall produced great sadness.
c)
Jeremiah 48:31. Its people were mourned for
and missed.
d)
Jeremiah 48:36. All the riches that were
gained there perished.
e)
2 Kings 3:25. Only its stones were left.

2 Chronicles 20:20.

This Message was for everyone, all of the
people.

The people were to listen to what Jehoshaphat
had to say.

They were to Trust in the Lord God, then they
would be made strong.
d)
They were to trust in the men who spoke the
Word of the Lord.
e)
Then they would do well and be successful.

To gain riches just for the sake of gaining riches is a
fruitless exercise. Kir-Haraseth was a very rich place because of its natural
resources. All those riches were squandered and so all were lost. God Promises
to meet the needs of His People. Sometimes we are put in situations of
affluence by the Lord. It is good, if that is the case, to Pray and ask God
what the affluence is for.
