‘Following God Well.’
Ephesians 5:1-2.
a) We are to be followers of
God as dear children.
b) We are to walk in Love.
c) We have the example of
Christ’s Love.
d) We have the example of
Christ’s sacrifice.

‘Marriage.’
a) Song of Solomon 4:10;
Ephesians 5:33. Love is an essential part of marriage.
b) Genesis 2:18. Our spouse
is supposed to be just right for us.
c) Genesis 2:24. In marriage
we start a new family.
d) Isaiah 61:10. Marriage is
pure and from God.
e) John 2:2. The wedding
ceremony is a time of celebration.
f) Matthew 22:11. The
wedding ceremony is a time for wearing special clothes.
g) Joel 2:16. Needs a time
of private preparation for both parties before getting married.
h) Deuteronomy 24:5. Needs a
good first year foundation.
i) Colossians 3:18-19. Both
husbands and wives need to learn to live in a new way.
j) Proverbs 31:13; 21-22
& 24. Wives are industrious.
k) Proverbs 31:14. Shopping
is generally the wife’s responsibility.

marriages of True Believers in the Church)

We, as True Believers, should have a strong desire in
our hearts to be following God well. We are all still in God’s Process and He
has finished with none of us yet. The element of Love in our lives is most
important. Love for God, love for our own family and love for the Family of
God.
