Outsiders view of our Church Pastors and Elders must be taken into consideration. It is not only the work of the Church Overseer that is hidden in the Church that is important it is also his reputation outside the Church. The Church Overseer should never fall into the trap of the devil, if this happens he will be disgraced. A Disgraced Church Overseer is useless both to God and to the Church.
