The young minister needs to
have conduct that is above reproach. There seems to be a style of ministry
especially developed or developing for young adults and youth in the Churches.
This is done as an attempt to keep them in Church. It is an incorrect concept.
The Bible says that we are kept by the Power of God. The Bible says that God is
able to keep us from falling. This young adult and youth ministry concept
indicates that there is a fundamental problem in the Churches – even if they
may have large congregations. There is no Fear of God. There is no Power of
God. There is only a popular, handsome or pretty person who uses their
personality to “develop the Ministry”. Of course, in such cases, the enduring
fruit is little. Still many young adults and youth will eventually leave.
