‘A Nail In A Sure Place.’
Isaiah 22:20-24.
a) Isaiah 22:20. Eliakim,
the son of Hilkiah, was called by the Lord.
b) Isaiah 22:21. The Lord was going to:-
1- Clothe him with a King’s Robe.
2- Bind him with the King’s Sash.

into his hands.

going to place on his shoulder the Key of the House of David. Eliakim would
open and no one could shut, he would shut and no one could open.

like a nail in a sure place and have a Throne of Honour to his father’s house.

(This QT shows me A Nail In A Sure Place)
‘The Body Of Christ.’
a) 1 Corinthians 12:27;
Ephesians 5:30. We are individually Members of the Body of Christ.
b) Ephesians 1:23. We have a
Commission from God to fill the Earth.
c) Ephesians 4:12. Needs
building up.
d) Colossians 1:24. Is the
Church.
(Through this Second one I affirm my esteem for The Body Of
Christ)
Chris.
The Body of Christ is a phrase that we do not hear much of
inside the Churches today. Sometimes the Church becomes denominationally
hyper-sensitive or loses its first love for the Lord. Other times the Church
gets so caught up with their difficulties as a Church so that thoughts of being
a part of the Body of Christ are forgotten. The Body of Christ is a Biblical
concept of Christ’s Church.
