Isaiah 20:2-6.
a)
Isaiah 20:2. The Lord spoke to and through
Isaiah. He had to go around with no sackcloth or sandals.
b)
Isaiah 20:2. Isaiah obeyed the Lord.
c)
Isaiah 20:3. For three years Isaiah went
around like this and the Lord said that it was a sign for Egypt and Ethiopia.
d)
Isaiah 20:4. This is what the Lord meant
through Isaiah:-
1-
The king of
Assyria will defeat Egypt and Ethiopia.
2-
Assyria will
take prisoners and lead them away from their own countries.
3-
Old and young
people would be led away without sackcloth or sandals.
e)
Isaiah 20:5. Those people or Nations that look
to Ethiopia for help would be shattered.
f)
Isaiah 20:5. Those people who made Egypt their
boast would be dismayed and ashamed.
g)
Isaiah 20:6. There was no way for any of the
peoples to escape.

Promise From God.’
Exodus 15:26.
a)
This Promise was given by God to Moses.
b)
Moses was carefully to obey the Lord his God.
c)
Moses was to do what is correct in the eyes of
the Lord.
d)
Moses was to obey all of God’s Commands and
Laws.
e)
Then God would not inflict on Moses any of the
illnesses that He inflicted on the Egyptians.
f)
God simply said that He is the Lord that Heals
you.

Surely God is not the initiator of wars but He knows
that wars will happen. He clearly states that in His Word, in both the Old and
New Testaments. Today when we hear of wars and rumours of wars we are to think
about the Second Coming of Christ much more than whose side we take in the war.
Even we Believers sometimes jump to opinions and conclusions without really
knowing the facts.
