Teaching Elders And Pastors.
Titus 1:6-9.
a)  Titus 1:6. Are:-
1- To be blameless.
2- To be the husband of one wife.
3- To have children who are True Believers and well behaved.
b)  Titus 1:7. Are:-
1- To be men of virtue.
2- Behave as Gods Servants should.
3- Not self willed.
4- Not quickly moved to anger.
5- Not given to wine.
6- Not violent.
7- Not desiring profit for himself.
c)  Titus 1:8. Are:-
1- Lovers of hospitality.
2- Lovers of what is good.
3- Serious minded.
4- Upright.
5- Holy.
6- Self controlled.
d)  Titus 1:9. Are:-
1- Keeping to the True Word of God that they have been taught.
2- Able to give Comfort to the True Believers by correct Teaching.
3- Able to overcome the arguments of the doubters.
(Through this QT I find some of the responsibilities of Teaching Elders And Pastors)

True Worship Ministers.
2 Chronicles 30:22.
a)  Need comforting and kind words to be spoken to them by their Senior Church Leaders.
b)  Need to be expert in what they do.
c)  Need to be consistent in character and responsibility.
d)  Need to be Praising the Lord Who is the God of their Fathers.
(This Second one reveals to me some of the qualifications needed to be True Worship Ministers)

Teaching Elders and Pastors are most important ministers of the Church today. These men should be held in high esteem by the Churches and also should conduct their public and private lives in the Fear of the Lord.
