(This Second one calls me to Pray for Diligent
Leaders for the Churches)
Chris.
It is a trustworthy saying that if we deny
Christ, He will also deny us. I have encountered so many Church Leaders in different
countries of the World, including mine, who deny Christ. After denying Christ
through their actions or words they try to get back into Ministry as quickly as
possible because Ministry has been their life. The honest reality is that
Christ has already denied them and all their future efforts and ministries will
never be in their former anointing. My recommendation for any Leader who has
denied Christ is to leave the Church where they were serving and move away, far
away. They need to get a job in order to keep themselves and their family, if
they still have one. Then they could quietly and inactively attend a Bible
Believing Church where there is a healthy Leadership team. If a member of the Leadership
ever approaches them and wants to know them more they need to confess that they
are under the Lord’s Discipline and that they are simply attending Worship. They
may also ask the Leadership member to intercede for them.
