Go And Do The Same!

Go And Do The Same.
Luke 10:29-37.
a)  Luke 10:29. The Teacher of the Law who wanted to justify himself asked Jesus who was his neighbour.
b)   Luke 10:30. Jesus spoke about a man who was going down the road from Jerusalem to Jericho and he was beaten up by thieves and left half dead.
c)  Luke 10:31. A Jewish priest saw the man but passed by on the other side of the road.
d)  Luke 10:32. A Levite came along the road and stared at the man then did the same thing he just walked away.
e)  Luke 10:33. A Samaritan came along the road and saw the man half dead and had compassion on him. The Samaritan was just an ordinary man and he was generally discriminated against by the Jews.
f)  Luke 10:34. The Samaritan gave the half dead man emergency first aid and then took him to an inn.
g)   Luke 10:35. The Samaritan gave the half dead man hospitality until he was fully recovered.
h)  Luke 10:36. Jesus then asked the Jewish Teacher who the real neighbour was.
i)   Luke 10:37. The Teacher of the Law replied that the one who showed Mercy and Kindness was the neighbour.
j)   Luke 10:37. Jesus told the Jewish Teacher of the Law to go and do the same.

If the Lord is pleased with us! That is quite a big if, The thing about our lives that pleases the Lord most is our Obedience to Him. It is also possible for our Worship to please Him and for our attitude towards other people to please Him. It is good to make the priority in our lives to be Pleasing to Him.
