1 Corinthians 11:27.
a) Whoever eats the Communion Bread.
b) Whoever drinks the cup of the Lord.
c) Unworthily and in an improper way.
d) Shall be held responsible and guilty.
e) Of the Lord’s Body and Blood.

‘Fear Can Cause Us To Tell Lies.’
John 9:21-22.
a) The healed man’s parents were in fear so they
said they did not know how he got his sight or who gave his sight to him.
b) These parents told the enquirers that their
son was old enough and they should ask him.
c) These parents spoke like this because they
were afraid of the Jews.
d) The Jews had already agreed that if anybody
confessed Christ then they should be put out of the Synagogue.’

Fear can cause us to tell lies.
This problem and sin often begins in childhood when the child is frightened of
the parent’s punishment so the child tells lies to avoid being found out. This
pattern does not go away until we confront it and renounce it in Jesus’ Name.
