2 Peter 2:1-3.

2 Peter 2:1. They are
amongst God’s People.
b)
2 Peter 2:1. They
secretly bring in destructive heresy.
c)
2 Peter 2:1. They deny
the Lord and bring upon themselves swift destruction.
d)
2 Peter 2:2. Many people
will follow them because of their sexual “freedom” and they will cause other
people to dishonour the Way of Truth.
e)
2 Peter 2:3. In their
greed they will exploit the Church with good-sounding and deceptive words.
f)
2 Peter 2:3. The verdict
is already made against them and they will face destruction.

‘A House Of Prayer.’
Matthew 21:12-13.
a) Jesus entered the Temple and cleared it of the
merchants.
b) Jesus turned over the tables of the money changers.
c) Jesus reminded them that the Word of God said
that the temple is ‘A House Of Prayer.’
d) The people were turning God’s Temple into a
den of thieves and robbers.
(This Second one reminds me that God’s House is A House Of
Prayer)

True Believers need to be kind, discerning and clear in their
Faith. There are people who want to exploit the Church in various ways. I am
not going to list these ways – we all know if the Church is being exploited. The
first step in exploitation is the use of words. We need to stop the potential
exploitation before it starts.
