2 Thessalonians 1:3-5.
a)    2 Thessalonians 1:3. Apostle Paul and his team were always thanking God for the Church in Thessalonica.
b)   2 Thessalonians 1:3. The reason for this:-
1-   Their healthily growing Faithfulness.
2-   Their speedily growing Faith.
3-   Their increasing and abounding Love.
c)    2 Thessalonians 1:4. Apostle Paul and his team were testifying to other Churches about the Thessalonica Church. The Church was enduring:-
1-   Harassment.
2-   Trouble.
3-   Persecution.
4-   Tribulation.
d)   2 Thessalonians 1:4. In the midst of these difficult circumstances the Thessalonica Church had:-
1-   Endurance.
2-   Faithfulness.
3-   Patience.
4-   Faith.
e)    2 Thessalonians 1:5. God knows all things and the Thessalonica Church will be found Worthy of God’s Kingdom, for which they were suffering, on the Judgement Day.
(Through this QT I find the importance of having Endurance And A Good Testimony)

‘Our Powerful And Loving Lord.’
Psalm 9:9-10.
a)    He is a Refuge for oppressed people.
b)   He is a Refuge in times of trouble.
c)    If we know the Name of the Lord we can put our trust in Him.
d)   The Lord will not forsake or abandon those people who seek Him.
(This Second one makes me truly grateful for Our Powerful And Loving Lord)

Chris.
Apostle Paul and his team were testifying to other Churches about the Church in Thessalonica. That is a very lovely story in a sentence! If our Church is living in the way that the Lord is calling it to live then our Church has a testimony. It does not matter about the number of people who Worship in the Church, what is far more important is the testimony of the Church.
