A maid servant should never succeed her
mistress. If the mistress is no longer in a place of responsibility, for
whatever the cause, the maid servants of that mistress need to be released from
their jobs and be helped to find new jobs. The maid servant may be a very faithful
servant but that does not mean that she would make a good mistress.
