think.

We believe that nothing under the Sun is truly
new.

We say that here is something new, but
actually it is old.

We see that nothing is ever truly new.

‘Those People Whom
God Blesses.’
Matthew 5:1-11.
a)
Matthew 5:1. Jesus deliberately shared these
Words with His Disciples on the Mountain.
b)
Matthew 5:2. Jesus began to Teach them about
Blessed people.
c)
Matthew 5:3. God Blesses those people who are
poor and realise their need for him, for
the Kingdom of Heaven is theirs.
d)
Matthew 5:4. God Blesses those people who
mourn, for they shall be comforted.
e)
Matthew 5:5. God Blesses those people who are
humble for they will inherit the whole Earth.
f)
Matthew 5:6. God Blesses those people who
hunger and thirst for Justice, for they shall be satisfied.
g)
Matthew 5:7. God Blesses those people who are
merciful, for they will be shown Mercy.
h)
Matthew 5:8. God Blesses those people whose
hearts are pure, for they will see Him.
i)
Matthew 5:9. God Blesses those people who work
for Peace, for they will be called His Children.
j)
Matthew 5:10-11. God blesses those people who
are persecuted because they are followers of Jesus and they do what is correct,
for the Kingdom of Heaven is theirs.

God Blesses those people who are merciful, for they will be
shown Mercy. To be merciful is indeed a Christian virtue but it is not a
specific calling. There really is not a special “calling” in the Bible for
Mercy Ministry. The Church should always be active in expressions of Mercy
Ministry. It is a part of the Calling of Jesus Christ for His Church. May our
Churches be merciful.
