‘God Always Has The Last Word.’
2 Thessalonians 1:6-9.
a)
2 Thessalonians 1:6. It
is Righteous for God to pay back those people who have made trouble for us or
afflicted us. (Revenge belongs to the Lord and not to us)
b)
2 Thessalonians 1:7. It
is Righteous for God to give relief to those people who have been afflicted by
other people.
c)
2 Thessalonians 1:7. When
the Lord does these Righteous acts He will be revealed from Heaven with His
Mighty Angels in flaming fire.
d)
2 Thessalonians 1:8. God
will give Justice to those people who do not recognise God and who do not obey
the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ.
e)
2 Thessalonians 1:9.
These people will pay the penalty of Eternal Destruction away from the Lord’s
Presence and away from His Mighty Glory.

Proverbs 29:18.
a)
People without a Vision, where there is no Vision.
b)
The people get out of
control. (They are all over the place)
c)
Whoever obeys what they
are instructed.
d)
Will be happy.

The
Lord does and will do Righteous acts. These acts are not done from our own
initiative or even done by us. These acts are done uniquely and completely by
the Lord. We see and appreciate His Work, His Intervention and His Guidance. We
need to have this understanding of the Lord and His Ways, that He is capable of
doing His Righteous Acts amongst us.
