'God And Abraham Make Covenant.'
Genesis 17:1-14.
a) God's part:-
1-17:2. The Initiator of the Covenant.
2-17:4-5. To make Abraham the father of many Nations.
3-17:6. To make Abraham exceedingly fruitful and that entire Nations and
Kings would be amongst his descendants.
4-17:7. Makes the Covenant everlasting.
5-17:8. To give Abraham Canaan as an everlasting possession.
b) Abraham's part:-
1-17:1. Walk before God and be blameless.
2-17:9. To keep God's Covenant throughout generations.
3-17:10-13. Circumcision of all males and of new born sons after 8 days.
4-17:14. To excommunicate all males who are not circumcised.

'Spiritual Circumcision.'
a) Deuteronomy 10:16. Getting rid of stubbornness.
b) Deuteronomy 30:6. So that we can:-
1-Love the Lord with all of our heart.
2-Love the Lord with all of our soul.
3-Live.
c) Jeremiah 4:4. Getting rid of evil deeds.
d) Romans 2:29. Is by the Holy Spirit.
e) Colossians 2:11. Is by Christ, putting off the works of the flesh. So
we can live in victory over them.
(Through this Second one I have a clear understanding of Spiritual
Circumcision)

God's Ways are both Wonderful and Simple. If we would trust His Ways,
firstly as revealed in His Word, we would live much more secure and joyful
live, even if "things" are not quite what we would like them to be.
Secondly we need to trust His Ways in His Will for our lives. Sometimes God's
leading and guidance seems so clear, straight out of the books written on
discerning His Will, other times we may be confused, wondering why something is
happening or not happening. At all times, we need to trust God's Ways, they are
both Wonderful and Simple.
