‘Praying Especially For Our Ministers.’
Colossians 4:2-4.
a) Colossians 4:2. Our
Prayer should be:-
1- Steadfast.
2- Watchful.
3- With thanksgiving.
b) Colossians 4:3. Pray for
God to open doors for the Ministry of our Ministers and Missionaries.
c) Colossians 4:3. Pray that
our Ministers will declare the Mystery of Christ.
d) Colossians 4:3. Pray
especially for Ministers that are facing suffering environments.
e) Colossians 4:4. Pray that
they would speak in such a way that their Message is clear.
(Through this
QT I know that I should be Praying Especially For My Ministers)
‘We Should Be
Humble.’
a) 1 Peter 5:6. Humble
ourselves under the Mighty Hand of God and at the correct time He will lift us
up.
b) Romans 12:3. We should
not have exaggerated ideas about our own importance.
c) James 4:6. God opposes arrogant people but to the humble people
he gives Grace.
(Through this Second one I realise that I
Should Be Humble)

Ministers and Missionaries are a part of
the Church that are often at the forefront of public attention. They are
watched by many people. The bigger and more influential their ministry is, the
more they are being watched. This is one of the reasons that we need to pray
for them.
