‘God Helped Them Overcome.’
1 Thessalonians 2:1-2.
a) Apostle Paul and his team
had a successful ministry visit to Thessalonica.
b) They had a really hard
time in Philippi before they came to Thessalonica.
c) God gave them courage and
helped them so that they could come to Thessalonica.
d) They came to Thessalonica
to tell the people there the Gospel.
e) They were not afraid of
any opposition that they might receive.

‘We Have Responsibility For
Our Lives.’
Ezekiel 18:20.
a) The person who sins is
the one who shall die.
b) A son will not suffer
punishment for the father’s iniquity.
c) A father will not suffer
punishment for the son’s iniquity.
d) The Righteousness of a
Righteous person will be upon them.
e) The wickedness of a
wicked person will be upon them.

The Apostle’s team came to Thessalonica to tell people there the
Gospel. We should not waste time with things that are not really the Gospel
when we reach out to other Nations or places. The whole purpose of outreach is
to tell the people the Gospel in a way that they will understand it. Every
outreach and mission team needs to be prepared to present the Gospel in a form
that the hearers or the audience can understand.
