‘When God
Finished His Work He Rested.’
Genesis 2:2.
a) On the seventh day God
finished His Work that He had done. (It does not say that He finished all His
Work, it says that He finished His Work that He did then)
b) God rested on the seventh
day.
c) He was away from all the
Work that He had done.
(Through this Second one I see that When
God Finished His Work He Rested)
Chris.
The Leader’s good Believing wife uses her
time well and does not get deeply involved with outside home things. This does
not mean that she has to be a “prisoner” to her home but it means that home
should be her priority. Especially in the case of Church and ministry
leadership the wife sometimes thinks that she must be involved, in some way “looking
after her husband”, this is a disastrous error. The husband should be able to
do things he needs to do as a Leader and his wife needs to ably support him in
the family home.
