Only God Could Help Him!


‘Only God Could Help Him.’
Isaiah 38:12-13.
a)      Here was the situation of King Hezekiah.
b)     Like a shepherd’s tent his dwelling was pulled up and removed from him.
c)      Like a weaver I have rolled up my life and cut it off from the loom.
d)     From day until night Hezekiah felt that God was making an end of him.
e)      He cried for help until the morning.
f)       All his bones were broken as by a lion.
g)     He felt that from day to night God was bringing him to the end.
h)     Actually, only God could help him.
(This QT reminds me that ultimately, Only God Can Help Me)

a)      Are Blessed because their way is blameless.
b)     Walk in the Law of the Lord. (The Word of God)
c)      Are Blessed because they keep the Lord’s Testimonies.
d)     Seek the Lord with all their heart.

King Hezekiah thought that from day to night God was bringing him to the end. Many of us have similar experiences and wonder where God is and what is going to happen to us. King Hezekiah was God’s man but that did not prevent him from going through a difficult time. God saw him through and God will see us through.
