They Gave!


‘They Gave.’
a) Luke 2:7. Mary to Jesus, her first child, Birth.
b) Matthew 2:11. The wise men gave Christ gifts of:-
1- Gold.
2- Frankincense.
3- Myrrh.
c) Matthew 14:19. Jesus gave some of the bread and fish to each Disciple and the Disciples gave them to the people.
d) Matthew 26:26-27. Jesus gave the Bread and Wine to His Disciples.
e) Matthew 26:49. Judas gave Jesus a kiss and betrayed Him.
f) Matthew 27:50. Jesus Christ gave up His Spirit to God.
g) Mark 3:15; Luke 9:1. Jesus gave His Disciples authority to cast out demons.
h) Mark 7:10. Moses gave the Law from God.
i) Luke 1:67. Zechariah, filled with the Holy Spirit, gave a prophecy.
j) Luke 14:7. Jesus gave advice.
k) John 1:12. To all people who Believed him and accepted him, Jesus gave them the right to become Children of God.
l) John 3:16. God so loved the World He gave His only Son.
m) John 4:12. Jacob gave a well to his people.
n) John 6:31. Moses gave his people bread from Heaven to eat.
o) John 12:49; 17:8. The Father gave instructions to Jesus Christ as to what He should say.
p) John 17:6. The Father gave the Disciples to Jesus Christ.
q) John 17:24. The Father gave to Jesus Christ the Glory because He loved Him.
r) John 19:38. Pilate gave permission to Joseph of Arimathea to take the Body of Jesus Christ.
s) Acts 2:4. The Holy Spirit gave ability to the Disciples to speak with new languages.
t) Acts 4:33. The Apostles gave powerful witness to the Resurrection of the Lord Jesus.
u) Acts 10:2. Cornelius gave generously to charity.
v) Acts 13:21. God gave Saul to be the first king of His People.
w) Acts 15:8. God has given us the Holy Spirit.
x) Acts 21:19. Paul gave a detailed account of the things God had accomplished among the Gentiles through his ministry.
y) Romans 8:30. God gave us right standing with Himself.
z) Romans 8:32. God gave us Christ.
aa) 1 Corinthians 1:30. Christ gave Himself to purchase our freedom.
bb) 1 Corinthians 9:14. The Lord gave orders that those who preach the Good News should be supported by those who benefit from it.
cc) 1 Corinthians 15:28; Ephesians 1:22. God gave Jesus Christ authority over all things.
dd) 2 Corinthians 2:12. The Lord gave to Paul tremendous opportunities.
ee) 2 Corinthians 8:3. For I can testify that the Macedonian Church gave not only what they could afford but far more. And they did it of their own free will.
ff) 2 Corinthians 12:12. Paul gave every proof that he was really an Apostle.
gg) Galatians 1:24. They gave Glory to God.
hh) Galatians 3:29. All the Promises God gave to Christ belong to us also.
ii) Ephesians 4:11. Jesus Christ is the one who gave these gifts to the church: the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, and the pastors and teachers.

Jesus Christ has ever been and now still is over all things. He is the same yesterday today and forever. Whatever may be going on in the World around us does not mean that the World is going out of control. Jesus Christ is still over all things.
